<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate at least three actuators by two operating pedals which are installed in a restricted space around the operator's seat of a demolition machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This working arm operation device 20 includes the pair of operating pedals 22, 24 installed on the floor 8a of the operator's seat 8 of the demolition machine 2 and a selector means 26 for changing over one 22 of the pair of operating pedals to one for operating the hydraulic actuator 18c of a working device 18 attached to a multi-joint working arm 10 or one for operating the hydraulic actuator 13 of the arm member 12 of the working arm 10.
