PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of rice cake is provided to manufacture the rice cake of the fixed quality regardless of the change of the external temperature according to a season by using a band heater and a second-step feeding method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of rice cake includes the following: a hopper(100) in which soaked rice and water are put; an upper extruding machine(210) in which an upper screw is built and connected to the hopper; a first driving motor(M1) connected to rotate the upper screw; a lower extruding machine(220) in which a lower screw is built; a connection pipe(230) connecting an upper extruder and a lower extruder; a second driving motor(M2) rotating the lower screw; a band heater(300) installed at the outer surface of the lower extruder; and a nozzle assembly(400) installed at an opposite end of the connection pipe.
