PURPOSE: A method and a system for issuing an on line cash receipt by using a mail and a recording medium therefor are provided to conveniently issue a cash receipt in on line or off line cash transaction without a separated cash receipt issuing device. CONSTITUTION: Mail cash receipt issuing request information is received. Cash receipt member store business information associated with cash receipt member store mail address information is identified(905). A cash receipt is issued(915). A server creates a cash receipt issuing mail(920). A mail reception address of the cash receipt issuing mail is a client mail address. The cash receipt issuing mail includes a cash receipt issuing history in the body of the mail. The cash receipt issuing mail is delivered to the client mail address through a mail server supporting an SMTP(925).
