摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE: A real-time monitoring apparatus using a PCR block is provided to control the apparatus without movement of light source and fluorescence measurement unit and improve detection accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A PCR block comprises: a heating block of doughnut shape comprising a hollow at the center and insulation layer(30), a capillary through which a sample flows in and out and which is coiled on the heating block in a specific interval; and an additive heating block(13) which surrounds the heating block. A real-time monitoring apparatus comprises: the PCR block, a light source(110) generating the excitation light; band pass filter(130) which make the excitation light pass; a beam splitter(120) which reflects the excitation light and pass the fluorescence from the sample of the capillary.</p> |
