PALLET POSITION RECOGNITION DEVICE OF SINTERING MACHINE AND AIR LEAK DETECTOR

Provided is a pallet position recognition device for recognizing the position of a pallet on a sintering machine stably and precisely over a long term, and also provided is an air leak detector of a sintering machine capable of precisely detecting air leak caused by a pallet.  The pallet position recognition device (32) comprises an RFID tag (11) attached to the outside of the sidewall (8) of each pallet (1), an antenna (12) arranged opposite to a series of pallets (P) and capable of transmitting/receiving a radio wave to from a RFID tag (11) attached to each circulating pallet (1), a reader/writer (13), used for each RFID tag (11) and connected with the antenna (12), and a signal processing section (14) for detecting and recognizing the position of the pallet (1) based on the identification information of the RFID tag (11) inputted from the reader/writer (13).  The air leak detector (33) of the sintering machine comprises the pallet position recognition device (32).
