PURPOSE: A ventilation apparatus of a dual ventilation fan is provided to extend a life of a motor by minimizing resistance generated in sudden starting and sudden stop of the motor in a power transfer unit. CONSTITUTION: The ventilation apparatus of a dual ventilation fan includes: a machine room(16) formed on one side of a case(11) by a barrier plate(12); a motor fixed to the inside of the machine room; a fixing plate having a bearing metal(22) formed on both sides of an intake port(14) and an exhaust port(15) formed on both sides of the case; a driven shaft(43) interlinking the bearing metal of both side; a power transfer unit connected to a driving shaft(41) of the motor through a through-hole(13) of the barrier plate; and first and second ventilation fans(20,21).
