PURPOSE: A multi wavelength skin regeneration laser unit is provided, which minimizes skin damage and controls depth of the skin penetration of the laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A multi wavelength skin regeneration laser unit comprises a first laser oscillator generating the laser beam that adjustment of the amplitude and the pulse length are possible; a second laser generator generating the laser beam of wavelength different from the laser beam of the first laser oscillator; first and second transmit units which transmit the laser beam using optical fiber; and a scanner(30) which makes output spot of the laser beam small and irradiates the laser spot to the skin.
