<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrival direction measuring device and the like capable of simplifying the configuration by eliminating a plurality of high speed A/D converters. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The arrival direction measuring device 1 basically includes a frequency measuring part 20 and a direction measuring part 10. The frequency measuring device 20 measures the frequency of a received signal inputted from a single antenna 21. The direction measuring part 10 converts a plurality of the received signals inputted from the plurality of antennas 11 to a plurality of digital signals by making undersampling of each of them and inputs the frequency measured by the frequency measuring part 20, and detects a loop signal corresponding to the frequency contained in the digital signal for each of the plurality of the digital signals, and measures the arrival direction of the received signal, based on the phase difference between the signals.
