PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mounting an engine 38 on a frame 12 of the agricultural or industrial versatile vehicle in which the device includes the engine 38 and a frame 32 the frame 12 has two frame elements 14, 16 arranged separately with an interval from each other on which other constitutional elements of a versatile vehicle such as a gear box 22 and/or a vehicle axle 34, etc can be mounted on; and the agricultural or industrial versatile vehicle. SOLUTION: This device for mounting the engine 38 on the frame 12 of the versatile vehicle is formed so that mounting structures 48, 52, 54, 58 of the engigine 38 are formed in at least one region of a side surface 46 of engine housing 40 so that external force is not applied to the engine 38 or the engine housing 40.
