<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for an electronic device including a light emitter for notifying specific or various states, the structure enabling a small light emitter to shine a light emission region with a large area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic device has: a light emission component 381 which is loaded on a circuit board 38, and has a light emission surface 381a erected to the surface of the circuit board 38; a loading component 382 which is arranged at a position adjacent to the light emission component 381 in front of the light emission surface 381a on the circuit board 38, and of which at least the part 382b facing the light emission surface 381a includes the metal surface; and a transmission diffusion plate 361 which covers an area including a gap 383 between the light emission component 381 and the loading component 382 of the circuit board 38 to form part of appearance and transmits and diffuses light.
