<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting element for securing an excellent electrical connection between an auxiliary wiring layer and a second electrode without using a mask for painting pixels for identification and provide a manufacturing method of the above element and a display. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light emitting elements 10R, 10G, 10B are, for example, composed of an auxiliary wiring layer 11b, a first electrode 13 as a positive electrode, an inter-pixel insulation film 15, an organic layer 16 including a light emitting layer, and a second electrode 20 as a negative electrode arranged in this order on a substrate 10a. In a region of the organic layer 16 corresponding to the auxiliary wiring layer 11b, there is provided an opening part 16a and on the auxiliary wiring layer 11b there is formed a connection part 14 having a plurality of convex parts 14a.
