<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of controlling a misalignment of an analytical instrument whatever the shape may be of the analytical instrument in which a sample is placed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The analyzer 1 performing an optical measurement on the sample placed in a cell of the analytical instrument 90 includes a light source part 10 for emitting a light for the optical measurement, a light receiving part 8 and a turntable 20. The turntable 20 includes a holding part 22 for holding the analytical instrument 90 at a predetermined position, and the placement position where the analytical instrument 90 is placed and the analytical position where the optical measurement is performed are determined, the rotation angle of each position being different each other. The light source part 10 is disposed so that when the turntable is at the analytical position, the emitted light is incident to the cell of the analytical instrument.
