<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a detecting circuit to get the value of a parameter when controlling the switching speed of an inverter circuit while preventing an increase in switching loss of the inverter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle inverter device includes an inverter section 1 having the inverter circuit where IGBT 11a to 11f are three-phase bridge connected and a drive command circuit 2 that controls the gate terminals of each IGBT gate terminal in the inverter section 1. The drive command circuit 2 controls the ON/OFF periods of the IGBT 11a to 11f, and switching speeds of the IGBT 11a to 11f provided in the inverter section 1 based on a required torque that should be applied to a motor 5 through switching control circuits 13a to 13f. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
