<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive lithographic printing original plate excellent in chemical resistance and printing durability. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic printing original plate is obtained by disposing on a support a positive recording layer containing (A) an alkali-soluble high molecular compound having a cyclic structure originating in maleimide and a cyclic structure originating in acetal of vinyl alcohol, and preferably containing (B) an infrared absorbent. The alkali-soluble high molecular compound preferably has the cyclic structure originating in maleimide as a structural unit represented by formula (1) and the cyclic structure originating in acetal of vinyl alcohol as a structural unit represented by formula (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
