FABRICATING METHOD OF TRANSFLECTIVE TYPE LCD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a transparent LCD for simply forming an organic film pattern having an embossing surface is provided to reduce process time by reducing the number of processes for forming an embossing pattern. CONSTITUTION: A pixel region has a transmission region and a reflective region. An organic film pattern(120) exposes a pixel electrode(122) through a transmission hole corresponding to the transmission region. The organic film pattern includes the embossed surface against the reflective region. The reflective electrode is formed on the organic film pattern having the embossing surface. The organic film pattern is formed through single lithographic process of being single of using one mask.
