COMPOSITION AND KIT FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF IGA NEPHROPATHY AND TGBM NEPHROPATHY

PURPOSE: A biomarker for diagnosing IgA nephropathy and TGBM(thin-glomerular-basement-membrane) using urine is provided to simply measure IgA nephropathy and TGBM from urine and predict progress of the disease. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker composition for diagnosing IgA nephropathy and TGBM nephropathy contains at least three or more proteins of which protein levels are increased or decreased in urine from a patient with IgA nephropathy and TGBM nephropathy as active ingredient. The proteins are aminopeptidase N(Accession No. IPI00221224.6), vasorin(Acccession No. IPI00395488.2), prominin-2(Accession No. IPI00295988.4), mycosin-Ic(Accession No. IPI00010418.4), kininogen-1(Accession No. IPI00032328.2), and deoxyribonuclease-1(Accession No. IPI00031065.1).
