PURPOSE: A manual equalizer in which the mobility having negative impedance for increasing a gain is provided to increase the gain of the manual equalizer by using negative impedance. CONSTITUTION: A first resistor capacitor loop(401) includes a first resistance, a second resistance and a first capacitor which parallel connected to the first resistance. A second RC loop(403) comprises the third resistance and a fourth resistance forming the second serial resistance along with the third resistance and the second capacitor parallel connected in the second serial resistance. A cascade resistor-inductor circuit(405) is connected between a first node and a second node and an inductor. A cross coupled inverter unit(407) is parallel connected to the cascade RL circuit.
