<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for more highly performing FEC (Forward Error Correction) processing to thereby shorten delay of TTS decoding processing. <P>SOLUTION: An information terminal device receiving stream data via a network includes: an FEC processing means for outputting a packet restored from the stream data by the FEC processing; and a Remux means for performing Remux of the packet with a packet without passing through the FEC processing in TTS decoding.
