<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an output of contents appropriately in response to a state that a user enters the premises and moves therein, thereby ensuring the user's safety in the premises, and also thereby enhancing the user's convenience. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this terminal device (cellphone 1) loading a function of outputting various contents of a television program, a time-varying image, a digital book and the like, a state that the user enters the premises (a station yard, inside an airport, in a bus, etc.) are detected pursuant to a ticket function, an acquisition of locational information and the like, and also the user's moving state (a stop state, a walk state, a train/airplane/bus moving state, etc.) is detected. In this terminal device, the output of contents is controlled (an output, a halt, a temporal halt, a resumption, etc.) based on a detection result of the state that the user enters the premises and a detection result of the moving state.
