PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent horizontal and vertical wirings from detaching, by providing the wirings with the ability to anchor to resin, when a support section is removed after incorporating electronic components for wiring into an electronic device package and resin-sealing them. SOLUTION: The wiring electronic components are incorporated for use in the electronic device package, in which a circuit element including a semiconductor chip is disposed, and the resin-sealed circuit element and an external electrode are connected to each other via the vertical and horizontal wiring sections. The wiring electronic component comprises: a conductive support section which serves as an electrocasting matrix material; a plurality of horizontal wiring sections, constituted on the support section by an electrocasting method and a vertical wiring section connected to the horizontal wiring; and the horizontal or vertical wiring section provided with a projecting portion, hanging over on the side face.
