SOLUTION: This lens barrel 3 has: an input part 12 receiving electric power required for a photographing operation from a photographing device 2, and an electric power source control part 19 controlling an electric power source 18 generating the electric power required for the photographing operation in a different manner according to whether the electric power required for the photographing operation is input from the input part 12 or not.
