<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor structure which can increase the bearing capacity of an anchor by making a filler properly infiltrated and diffused into a water-permeable stratum section of ground and enabling the sure construction of an underground anchoring section spreading over a range wider than a diameter of a drilled hole. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A discharge opening portion 17 for the filler 12 in an anchor underground section is set based on a position of a known water-permeable stratum 61. When a bag-like body 14 is expanded with the filler 12, the filler 12 partially flows out of the discharge opening portion 17, and permeates for diffusion through the water-permeable stratum 61 section. Since a consolidated section 18 formed by the hardening of the spread filler 12 serves as the underground anchoring section 50 of the anchor together with the bag-like body 14 portion, the consolidated section 18 can utilize the bearing capacity of the ground 60; the bearing capacity of the anchor can be increased by remarkably increasing pulling resistance to the ground 60; and the bearing capacity suitable for a purpose can be surely obtained because the size of the consolidated section 18 can be easily adjusted.
