摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body motion monitoring system in radiotherapy which is configured to attach sensors to the internal/external affected areas, gives a little influence on data communication due to a shielding object, and observes the body motion of a patient with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This body motion monitoring system is provided with: an acceleration sensor 1, or a sensor member attached to at least a part of a human body of a patient P, that has an acceleration measuring means for measuring the respective accelerations in mutually orthogonal three X, Y and Z axial directions, and a transmitter for wirelessly transmitting acceleration data observed by the acceleration observation means; a receiver 2 for receiving the acceleration data transmitted from the transmitter of the acceleration sensor 1; analysis software 3 for computing the body posture coordinate data of the patient P based on the acceleration data received by the receiver 2; a computer 4 mounted with the analysis software 3; and a radiation applying device 5 for outputting the radiation for the therapy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
