PURPOSE: A mobile telecom system and a call processing method thereof are provided to secure a time for enabling a user to push a send button by extending expiration of a non-answer timer when the user has an answering intention. CONSTITUTION: A communicator(110) performs wireless communication with the mobile network. An input unit(111) inputs a command of a user. An answering intention detector detects an answering intention of the user. If a call request is received, a controller(114) checks whether the answering intention of the user is detected. If the answering intention of the user is detected, the controller extends expiration of a non-answer timer.
