PURPOSE: A cross arm of an overhead distribution line is provided to identify a transmission tower in a dark environment by operating an LED(Light Emitting Diode) display unit at the preset illumination. CONSTITUTION: A support frame is installed in a cross arm. A windmill is rotatably installed in the support frame. A decelerator(30) is connected to a rotation axis of the windmill. A crank unit is connected to an output axis of the decelerator. An air compressor(50) generates the compressed air according to the operation of the crank unit. An air tank is connected to an exhaust pipe of an air compressor. A horn(70) generates a noise due to the compressed air. A rotation support unit opens an air valve(80) when sensing the weight. A switch is turned on and off by the rotation of the rotation support unit. A warning light is electrically connected to a storage battery through a switch. An illuminance sensor senses the variation of the peripheral brightness. An LED display unit(140) displays the identification symbol of the transmission tower. |
