<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester-based resin plate suppressed in the amount of warp and formed flat as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of polyester-based resin films, obtained by a biaxially orientation method, are placed in layers to form a laminate, the laminate is heated to the adhesion temperature while being pressurized by being sandwiched between two press plates arranged parallel, and then the laminate is cooled with the pressurized state maintained.
