PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor backing constitutive body reducing a construction cost and a member cost of a floor backing structure in the case of partitioning an equipment installation part. SOLUTION: This floor backing constitutive body 100 comprises a floor panel 3 installed such that a back face 31 faces a floor slab surface 12 and that a side edge part 33 surrounds the equipment installation part (a pipe space 10); a reinforcing part 4 extended to the floor slab surface 12 side from the side edge part 33 of the floor panel 3 and extended along an end face 34 of the side edge part 33 to surround the equipment installation part; and a floor slab side cushioning part 5 interposed between a lower end face 45 of the reinforcing part 4 and the floor slab surface 12 to support the reinforcing part 4 to the floor slab surface 12.
