<p>The roller shutter case to be manufactured is U-shaped in cross-section with an inner shell of hard fibreboard, or similar with bending slits, firmly connected to an outer shell made of lightweight panels. The hard fibreboard (1) and lightweight panels (4a, b, c) are joined together in a flat state, and the U shape for the case is then created by folding them together along the fibreboard's bending slits (2). Three separate strip-shaped lightweight panels may be edge-glued along the bending slits, where these are provided in advance. Where they are not, a monolithic panel may be glued to a hard fibreboard, and cut into three strips while the slits are made.</p> |
