<p>Disclosed is an adhesive composition comprising: (A) an acrylic resin; (B) a crosslinking agent; and (C) an organopolysiloxane represented by the formula: YaR1bSi(OCH3)c(OC 2H5)d(OR2)e(OH) fO(4-a-b-c-d-e-f)/2 wherein Y represents an organic group having at least one group selected from a mercapto group, an epoxy group, a (meth)acryloyloxy group, an alkenyl group, a haloalkyl group and an amino group; R1 represents an unsubstituted univalent hydrocarbon group which does not have at least one aliphatic unsaturated bond; R2 represents an alkyl group having 3 carbon atoms and/or an alkyl group having 4 carbon atoms or a methoxypropyl group; and a, b, c, d, e and f represent numbers satisfying the following formulae: 0.01<=a<=1, 0<=b<2, 0<c<=2, 0<=d<=2, 0<e<=2 and 0<=f<=1, provided that 0.1<=c+d+e<=2.5 and 2<=a+b+c+d+e+f<=3. When the composition is adhered to an optical film to produce an optical film having an adhesive agent, the resulting optical film exhibits steady properties over a long period, and can exhibit good rework property and excellent durability even when upsized.</p> |
