<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved system and a method for processing transaction including a medium disc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The system for dispensing the medium disc includes a storage system for storing a plurality of the medium discs and the dispensing system for dispensing the medium disc to consumers.
