PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding band capable of regulating the length of the binding band projected from a binding hole in response to a binding paper sheet volume, and capable of preventing the binding hole from being expanded in the biding band for binding the paper sheet, and to enhance using convenience of the binding band. SOLUTION: This binding band is used insertedly into the two binding holes provided in the paper sheet, the binding band is constituted to separate the first portion in one end side from the second portion in the other end side, the first portion is provided with an engaging part in the other end side, the second portion is provided with an engaged part engaged disengageably with the engaging part in one end side, the engaging part and the engaged part are engageable in a plurality of positions, and the engaging position is regulated to regulate the length of the binding band.
