PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a blind slat is provided to keep the blind slat from being dirt and deformed and facilitate cleaning of the blind slat by coating the slat surface with leather. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a blind slat(100) is as follows. A long and thick slat plate made of various materials is prepared. Leather is cut into a piece having a surface area larger than that of the slat plate. An adhesive is applied to the inner side of the leather piece. The slat plate is placed on the adhesive side of the leather piece and bonded by folding the leather piece in half. The part of the leather piece which is not adhered to the slat plate is sewn to finish. |
