<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acknowledgment apparatus for easy circulation and round-robin operation of an acknowledgment document which require labor and time, resulting in increased productivity of office work. <P>SOLUTION: At an image forming apparatus 1, a communication control part 15 causes a communication part 80 to transmit a document data which requires acknowledgment to a first circulation destination apparatus 2A which is determined by a circulation destination determining part 12, and makes the communication part 80 transmit a sealed document data to a second circulation destination apparatus 2B determined by the circulation destination determining part 12 as the document data, which operations are repeated each time the sealed document data is generated until transmission of the sealed document data to a final circulation destination apparatus determined by the circulation destination determining part 12 is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
