<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical tile carpet having a lining layer with a stable quality such as flexibility and less bleed out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tile carpet is composed of a front pile layer formed of a pile fabric having piles planted on a ground fabric and the lining layer formed of a polyvinyl chloride resin.
