<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for more quickly detecting various coli groups. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting a bacterium belonging to a coli group comprises detecting one or more kinds of nucleic acid sequences selected from the group consisting of the following sequences (A)-(E): (A) continuous nucleic acid sequences having ≥20 bp contained in a specific nucleic acid sequence 1 or a nucleic acid sequence complementary to the same, (B) continuous nucleic acid sequences having ≥20 bp contained in a specific nucleic acid sequence 2 or a nucleic acid sequence complementary to the same, (C) continuous nucleic acid sequences having ≥20 bp contained in a specific nucleic acid sequence 3 or a nucleic acid sequence complementary to the same, (D) continuous nucleic acid sequences having ≥20 bp contained in a specific nucleic acid sequence 4 or a nucleic acid sequence complementary to the same and (E) continuous nucleic acid sequences having ≥20 bp contained in a specific nucleic acid sequence 5 or a nucleic acid sequence complementary to the same contained in a nucleic acid sequence encoding a lacZ gene which a bacterium belonging to a coli group has from a sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
