<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components by simplifying a shutter structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A shutter 45 is provided with an interlocking part 45a, a bent part 45b, and a closed part 45c. A coupling hole 45d is formed at a right end of the interlocking part 45a. A cam piece 45e is formed in the closed part 45c. The cam piece 45e is fitted into a cam hole 6c of a base panel 6. A cam pin 46b of an interlocking lever 46 is fitted into a cam groove 37b of a loading slider 37 constituting a disk transporting mechanism 36. The end part 46c of the interlocking lever 46 is inserted into the coupling hole 45d of the shutter 45. When a disk D1 is chucked, the loading slider 37 turns the interlocking lever 46. When the interlocking lever 46 is turned, the shutter 45 is slid in a right direction. When the shutter 45 is slid in the right direction, the shutter 45 is guided along the cam hole 6c and is turned to a closed position centered on the coupling hole 45d.
