PURPOSE: A driving device of a hydraulic pump for a ladder truck is provided to reduce noise from motor and to carry luggage at night time. CONSTITUTION: A driving device of a hydraulic pump for a ladder truck comprises a driving part, a hydraulic pump(1), a lifting ladder(3), a motor and an adjustable resistor. The driving part is installed between an engine and a driving shaft and controls the output power of the engine. The hydraulic pump is installed in the end of the driving shaft. An operation lever(2) controls the lifting ladder using the fluid pressure from the hydraulic pump. The motor can be indirectly or directly connected to the hydraulic pump.
