<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture a desired still image by remote controlling a first cellular phone 21 by a second cellular phone 22 while viewing an object being captured by the first cellular phone 21 on the second cellular phone 22. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A short-range wireless communication network 23 is formed between the first cellular phone 21 and the second cellular phone 22. The first cellular phone 21 transmits a still image which is a camera-through image that is currently captured by the first cellular phone 21 to the second cellular phone 22, and then the second cellular phone 22 displays the camera-through image on its display part to allow a user of the second cellular phone 22 to check the still image that is currently captured by the first cellular phone 21. Then, the second cellular phone 22 transmits a shutter command to the first cellular phone 21 at a desired timing, and receives and stores the still image captured and transmitted by the first cellular phone 21.
