PURPOSE: An automatic excrement disposal system and a utilization method for the same are provided, which solve the problem that a recognition error of sensor is generated due to wrong settlement of buttocks. CONSTITUTION: An automatic excrement disposal system with a swing structure comprises a space part, a hose, a supporting board, a rotation support(110). The excrement disposal system has the space part in the center of the mattress. The space part comprises a supporting board, a cushion member, a diaper, and medical underwear. The hose discharges the urine and feces obtained by the diaper. In the supporting board, the rotation support and cushion supporting board(120) are doubly overlapped. In the cushion supporting board, the top is formed in an ellipse shape and the cushion supporting board can be swung to the right and left on the top.
