<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that delay variation may be untraceable or sufficient loss may be undetectable since it is not decided whether the number of measured packets is sufficient or insufficient. <P>SOLUTION: This quality measurement system is provided with: a first communication device which transmits a plurality of test packets at intervals via a communication path; a second communication device which receives the test packets via the communication path; and a relay device which is connected between the first and the second communication devices via the communication path, and relays the packets by buffering them, and the system is also provided with: a packet delay information calculation part which calculates transmission delay of the test packets; a packet delay information storage part which stores the transmission delay of the calculated test packets; and a delay tendency calculation part which determines whether or not the delay variation is large as a delay variation tendency from the transmission delay of the plurality of test packets stored by the packet delay information storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
