PURPOSE: A method and device for producing red pepper are provided to allow a magnetic element to remove metallic materials effectively, thereby improving food safety. CONSTITUTION: A foreign material removal unit(20) removes foreign materials included in dried red pepper. A first metal removal unit removes metallic materials included in the dried red pepper. A dust removal unit(40) removes dust from the dried red pepper using an air sucking unit. A drying unit(60) dries the moisture on the surface of the red pepper washed in a washing unit(50).. A first grinding unit grinds the flesh and seeds respectively. A particle disintegrating unit(120) disintegrates the compressed red pepper particles. A particle sorting unit(130) puts fine particles into a sterilizing tank, and coarse particles into a compression unit. A cooling unit(150) cools off the red pepper until room temperature. |
