FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is provided for fixation and detachment of threaded connection, extraction of rotor from stator of motive section, shaft from spindle casing, erection of rotor into stator and shaft into spindle casing. Assemble and disassemble stand of hydraulic downhole motors includes basis, movable and motionless clamps with chucks, clamping hydraulic actuators. Chuck of one of clamps is implemented rotary around its axis by means of two hydraulic rams. At the second clamp it is installed force transducer with electric output signal. Chuck of the second clamp is implemented rotary around its axis and is outfitted by lever, influencing at rotation for force transducer. Contact point of lever to force transducer is located at distance from pivot pin of chuck, defined from correlation. Stand is outfitted by system of assignment, collection, processing and control of information. ^ EFFECT: increase in productivity of implemented on stand operations of screwing and breakout of thread connections, it is increased accuracy of control of rotational moment values for screwing of thread connections. ^ 3 dwg |
