PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent composition that is little in the initial color change and the amount of change of the light transmittance (496 nm) after agitation of the adhesive agent, free of secondary agglomeration at the finish of the blending, and excellent in visible light transmittance, heat resistance and resistance to moist heat, and to provide an adhesive sheet member. SOLUTION: The adhesive agent composition incorporates, based on 100 pts.mass of a (meth)acrylate copolymer (A) having an acid number of≥6.9 mg-KOH/g and <7.5 mg-KOH/g and a mass average mol.wt. of 400,000-2,500,000, 0.01-0.5 pt.mass of cyanine based coloring matter (B) having a maximum absorption at wavelengths 480-510 nm, 0.1-5.0 pts.mass of a talc-containing stabilizer (C) whose pH is 7.5-8.0, and 0.02-1.0 pt.mass of an isocyanate type curing agent (D).
