PURPOSE: A water cooling heat exchanger is provided to reduce manufacturing cost comparing to a helix double pipe heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A water cooling heat exchanger comprises a housing(140), a fin-tube heat exchanger unit(150), a partition(180) and a clamping member. The housing includes a coolant pipe inlet(105), a coolant pipe outlet(110), a water pipe inlet(120) and a return duct outlet. The fin-tube heat exchanger unit includes a plurality of fins(160) crossing with coolant pipes at a right angle and has a through hole. The partition possesses a coolant pipe inserting hole and is installed inside the housing. The clamping member prevents the water leakage between the housing and the coolant pipe inlet, the coolant pipe outlet, the water pipe inlet or the return duct outlet(110).
