<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for achieving an efficient treatment in a heat treatment for performing a quenching and a tempering to a metallic workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: A heat treatment system for heat-treating the metallic workpiece is disclosed. This heat treatment system is provided with: N sets (N is the integer of one or more) of quenching furnaces for performing the quenching; M sets (M is the integer larger than N) of tempering furnaces containing the plurality of tempering furnaces having an operation mode for performing the tempering at temperatures different from one another; and transporting parts for transporting the metallic workpiece from the N sets of the quenching furnaces to the M sets of the tempering furnaces. The transporting parts have an operation mode for selectively transporting the metallic workpiece from the respective N sets of the quenching furnaces to the plurality of tempering furnaces having tempering temperatures different from one another. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
