QUINOLINE COMPOUNDS, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS, PREPARATION METHODS AND USES THEREOF

Quinoline compounds represented by formula A, pharmaceutically acceptable solvates, optical isomers or polymorphs thereof, wherein X is S or O, M is H, Na+, NH4 + or Ca2+; each of R1, R2 and R3 is independently H, halo, the substituent represented by formula D or E; R is H, halo, C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 alkoxy. Also disclosed are the pharmaceutical compositions and preparation methods of these compounds and the uses of these compounds for the manufacture of medicaments for inhibiting HMG CoA reductase or for the treatment and prophylaxis of the diseases which can be treated effectively by inhibiting HMG CoA reductase. The present quinoline compounds and their pharmaceutical compositions have an excellent lipid reduction effect in vivo and can be used for the treatment of the diseases relating to hyperlipidemia.
