<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined bamboo piles using a lightweight and inexpensive material, easy to manually carry and construct, used as a pile for retaining soil, and preventing sand from running, and also to provide a revetment structure using it and its formation method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The combined bamboo piles is composed of three pieces of bamboos. Three pieces of almost tube-shaped bamboo piles, from which nodes are removed for having air permeability, of about the same length are bundle are integrated into a triangular-bar shape. The bottom end of the combined bamboo pile is cut in an almost trigonal pyramid shape for easier driving. Also, the combined bamboo piles can be tied at a plurality of parts with ropes and united for increasing strength. The combined bamboo piles are used as a pile for retaining soil. A number of combined bamboo piles are used, in such an arrangement that the sides of the substantially triangular-shape of the abutting combined bamboo piles are opposed to each other, and disposed in an almost straight linear alignment in the almost perpendicular direction to the bank, for forming the revetment structure.
