PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and thinned portable terminal device where hinge members are used as a ground line, making it possible to prevent increase of the number of parts and reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A first housing 101 has an antenna 115 and a ground section 112 of the antenna 115. A tilt hinge members 104a and 104b are formed by a conductive material and provided in the first housing 101 so as to connect the first housing 101 and a second housing 102 in a rotatable manner. The tilt hinge member 104a contacts electrically with the ground section 112, and a portion thereof protrudes from the first housing 101 to outside according to rotation of the second housing 102 with respect to the first housing 101.
