<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper panel sheet which can be applied to structures such as a chair, furniture, a wall structure, a floor structure and an attic structure by using a lightweight and easy-to-recycle paper material, and a panel body using the panel sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The paper panel sheet uses a base material sheet formed by impregnating a single-layer or multilayer paper base material with resin selected from among a thermoplastic resin, an electron radiation curable resin and an ultraviolet curable resin.
