<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat air-conditioner for a vehicle that easily achieves minute air-conditioning control according to an inside air temperature and a temperature set value set by a user with a simple configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of model control patterns p<SB>A</SB>, p<SB>B</SB>corresponding to first/second model values θ<SB>A</SB>, θ<SB>B</SB>to be morphed related to a set temperature is read out from a ROM. A synthetic control pattern p<SB>X</SB>is prepared by graphically morphing the shapes of the pair of model control patterns p<SB>A</SB>, p<SB>B</SB>, respectively forming a two-dimensional diagram pattern, by weight that reflects a division ratio by a current value (a point x(θ<SB>x</SB>)) of a set temperature θ of a differential distance (Fig.5: a length of a line segment AB) of the first/second model values θ<SB>A</SB>, θ<SB>B</SB>to be morphed. Then, a current value of an inside air temperature T is specified and an operation output value (a duty ratio) η, corresponding to the current value of the inside air temperature T, is determined on the synthetic control pattern.
